Account Manager
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – PORTSMOUTH
I am looking for my replacement!
I’m going on maternity leave in early 2023 and so looking for a talented safe pair of hands to take over and account manage my customers. I typically bill £150K – £200K per year in permanent placements.
I am looking for a polite, friendly, confident communicator with solid tenure. This is an ideal role for a proven recruitment consultant or someone from a B2B account management background.
I will hand everything over to get you up to speed throughout the remainder of 2022.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
My desk is essentially 3 Key Accounts and a number of smaller accounts, all within Engineering and Manufacturing.
Day to day you will spend your time sourcing candidates for multiple vacancies, advertising, conducting job briefing calls. You will use modern cloud based CRM, plenty of Job board resources, Broadbean + LinkedIn Recruiter.
ABOUT YOU
- An experienced Recruiter with good tenure and a solid jobs filler OR an experienced B2B Account Manager
- Confident communication skills both verbally and written are essential

BENEFITS PACKAGE
Salary DoE to £25K – £33K
Commission OTE £60K
Working Hours – 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Thursday) 8:30-16:30 (Friday)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
