The Company

Multi-modal International Freight Forwarder.
Employing circa 30 Staff across their Airfreight, & European export and import departments with a Team of Management responsible for each department.
A significant part of the business is FCL and consolidated Air Freight worldwide.

Person Specification

The individual will already have experience in Air Freight.
They will have good customer service skills, be able to work well alone and in a team and experience of working in a Freight Forwarding environment.
Ideally they should be confident in the entire end to end process, from quotation stage, through booking & documentation handling shipments from start to finish.

The Role

The position of Air Freight Coordinator is to be involved within the well-established Air Freight team and to assist in driving the development and profitability of the department as we continue to add new services, overseas partners and clients.

The role is very much a “Hands on” position working directly with clients & operating the daily tasks associated with handling shipments on a start to finish basis.

Location: Crowthorne
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.
Holiday entitlement: 25 days – above industry average !
Pension Contribution: 5% of salary
Bonus Scheme: paid annually
Starting salary: £30K – £35K
Additional Benefits: Private Health Plan
