This is an opportunity to work for a market-leading manufacturer of HVAC equipment. As the Area Service Sales Manager / Area Service Sales Engineer, reporting to the Regional Service Sales Manager and National Service Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling service contracts to facilities management companies along the M4 corridor, including Bristol and West London
Service Engineers – have you ever thought about coming off the tools? This is a great opportunity for a Service Engineer with a background in air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration or commercial heating to move into a sales position where your HVAC product knowledge will be the key to your success.
You will inherit existing accounts from a well-known manufacturer and be given any additional product training required to succeed in your new role
Requirements:
Essential that you must have air handling, air conditioning, commercial heating, ventilation, or chilled water product knowledge
HVAC service experience, either as an engineer, installing and maintaining equipment or as a sales manager, business development manager or account manager, selling planned preventative maintenance contracts to facilities managers and end users
Package:
Salary £45,000 – £50,000
Base salary £40,000 – £45,000 plus 10% commission
£6480 car allowance
40 hour contract
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
