Business Development Manager - Staffordshire & Birmingham -
Business Development Manager required for an award winning, multi national Foodservice brand.
Business Development Manager MUST have a proven track record in field sales within the foodservice, drink or catering supplies industry selling into large consortia
If you have experience selling into large groups such as NHS, TUCO, Pelican or Beacon group offering a product range we would be interested to talk to you
Territory - Staffordshire & Birmingham area
£36k + Bonus - OTE £40K - £50K, 33 days holiday, Healthcare, Childcare vouchers, Personal Accident, Life Assurance, Company car
The Business Development Manager is an essential part of the sales team, supporting the depot to achieve their sales targets
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the depot sales teams with our customers to increase product awareness and above all increase sales
To be responsible for the sales and profitability of a designated portfolio of existing and prospect national accounts
You will be responsible for fully developing the existing customer accounts within the area with particular attention being paid to the full foodservice product range.
Achievement of productivity targets for existing and new business sales will be a key area of responsibility, while ensuring that sales and margin results are in line with company expectations.
You must bring a real passion with proven ability to regularly exceed sales targets in your career to date.
You will need to be a strong communicator at all levels
Prove track record with national accounts, food, drinks or product range
Successful track record of winning new accounts and growing existing business
Full driving licence ESSENTIAL
