Customer Service Advisor – Construction & Building Products – Salary up to £28,000 – Chessington
Customer Service Advisor required to join a fast-paced manufacturer of safety products based in Chessington. My client is growing considerably and the Customer Service Advisor position has the potential to evolve into a technical sales role within the next 2 years.
As part of a small team of 5, the successful Customer Service Advisor will need to be a confident communicator, with the ability to juggle multiple duties within a high-pressure environment.
This role requires someone ideally who has previous knowledge of construction or building products, who has worked in an office environment for the past few years for a wholesaler, manufacturer, merchant distributor or logistics business.
The Package:
Salary – Up to £28,000
Working hours – 8:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
Holiday entitlement – 23 days + bank holidays

The Role:
- Raising Quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Building relationships with distributors.
- communicating with sales reps.
- Managing inbound enquires.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Will ideally worked within the construction industry or building services / products sector previously.
- Must be based locally to the office, ideally around the Epsom, New Malden, Chessington, Claygate, Kingston areas.
- Must have office and customer service experience.
