Customer Services Coordinator - Reading - Up to £28,000
To deal with all incoming customer enquiries, proactively coordinate the daily sales process and provide administrative support to the Key Account Manager/sales function with daily sales & marketing activities.
Day to Day:
Act as first point of contact and filter for sales enquiries.
Coordinate sales enquiries at each step of the end to end sales process from enquiry through to the point of order processing ensuring adherence to agreed customer and company KPIs.
Send holding email to customer detailing timeframe for response.
Coordinate further pre-qualification with SMEs including requesting credit check via accounts.
Submit quote to customer in line with agreed KPIs.
obtain purchase order, confirm details and pass to operations to proceed to fulfilment.
Daily reconciliation of fulfilled jobs: cross check each job on Transguard against the board, purchase invoices, PODs, live files.
Make sales/customer care calls to current and lapsed customers.
Provide support to KAM.
Provide administrative support to KAM/Sales function in management of all customers.
Support KAM in the coordination of marketing brochures & supporting sales collateral with outsourced marketing department.
Coordination of customer satisfaction surveys.
Administration and support for other sales/marketing activity e.g. trade fairs.
Minimum 5 years' office based sales coordination experience within the logistics sector
Excellent geographical knowledge (UK and some European)
Domestic and international traffic experience
