Customer Service Executive required in Northampton

Progression Opportunities

The Role:
Customer Service Executive will receive full training and will be the voice of the customer
As Customer Service Executive you will be the first point of contact for various companies
It is expected that you ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken in line with training
All communication must be logged accurately and shared with relevant persons
You will be supporting company growth and must work to preserve and increase business opportunities

The Requirements:
Relevant degree or experience - Logistics
Excellent telephone manner
Strong IT skills
Personable, Hard working and a Team player
