Customer Service Executive required near Eastleigh

A growing and successful haulage company near Eastleigh are looking for a Customer Service Executive.

You will provide and promote a professional, customer focused service to make sure that customer needs are satisfied.

The Package:
£20,000
Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm
The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive you will oversee booking in delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries.
You will provide quotes to customers in line with agreed schedules.
Customer Service Executive will collate records of discussions or correspondence and to track customer queries.
Adhere to agreed customer service standards, service level agreements and procedures.
The Requirements:
A knowledge of the Transport and Warehouse Industry.
Experience using IT platforms.
Knowledge of Product and Pricing schedules.
Experience dealing with customer queries.
