Customer Service Executive required near Crewe

A specialist, privately owned logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Executive for their rapidly expanding team.

You will provide and promote a professional, customer focused service to make sure that customer needs are satisfied.

Package:
£21,000 per annum
Monday – Friday
08:30 – 17:30

Role:
Customer Service Executive will oversee booking in delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries
You will liaise with a number of supply chain partners
As Customer Service Executive provide quotes to customers in line with agreed schedules
You will liaise with both customers and drivers to ensure delivery times are met

Requirements:
Transport office / Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience using IT Platforms
Good team player
