Key Accounts Coordinator - Tilbury - Up to £38,000

This Freight Forwarding company who operate on a global scale are looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join their team in Tilbury.

The Key Accounts Coordinator must come from a freight forwarding background working in a similar position.

Salary - £20,000 to £38,000 (dependant on experience)
Holiday entitlement - 20 days plus Bank Holidays increase by one day each year up to 25 days
annual performance bonus

Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00.

The Role

To provide key support and guidance to all of their clients, new and existing, ensuring that they receive an excellent level of service managing and maintaining their business needs.
To also Identify and assess customer needs, pro-actively engage with clients to provide information, present solutions efficiently & clearly to achieve top level client satisfaction.
To seek efficiency's within the business, and across the group wide businesses to enhance client experience and maximise profitability.

Skills, qualifications and experience

Must have a good level of general IT literacy and can use Excel and Outlook to a good level along with current working system knowledge.
Experience in freight forwarding is essential for this role.
Must have knowledge of customer service principles.
