As Customer Service Manager you will be the main point of contact when issue's arise
You will be leading a team of Customer Service Executives
It is expected that you ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken at all times
Customer Service Manager will be working closely with Senior Managers
All communication must be logged accurately and shared with relevant persons
You will be supporting company growth and must work to preserve and increase business opportunities
Customer Service Manager will be implementing new systems and procedures
Must have extensive Customer Service Management experience
Customer Service team start up experience - beneficial
Experience in a call centre would be beneficial
Contract Logistics / Haulage background - essential
Currently be in a Management position
Excellent communication skills
