I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to work as a Dementia Care Manager within a large service in Market Harborough.
The service provides nursing and residential care for adults with dementia, physical disabilities, mental health needs, elderly care needs and sensory impairments, they have been rated good in all areas by the CQC.
As the Dementia Care Manager you will support the Home Manager in leading the team ensuring that high quality, specialist Dementia care is delivered throughout the home.
Essential Dementia Care Manager requirements:
- Strong Dementia care experience
- Previous experience of leading a large care team
- Experience of inducting and supervising new and existing staff
- Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards, policies and procedures
