I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager within a highly regarded, elderly and Dementia care nursing home in Cleckheaton.

The home provides high quality, person-centred care and has a good cqc as well as an excellent reputation.

As the Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager and Clinical Lead in ensuring that high quality care is delivered throughout the service. You will work a combination of clinical and supernumerary shifts and your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and developing the multi-discipliniary care team
  • Quality auditing
  • Staff supervision and appraisals
  • Providing nursing care
  • & more

As the Deputy Manager you will receive a generous salary of £20 per hour with paid breaks and handover.
