A background in property, with good knowledge of property legislation and experience managing relationships with landlords is required. The role will focus around protecting sites the company are at risk of losing due to various reasons, establishing relationships with landlords and managing difficult situations to enable full resolution.
Must be based within commutable distance to one of the following locations; Manchester, Daventry, Glasgow or Reading.
Own and operate 8,000 telecoms towers throughout the UK. A mobile and a key player in 5G roll out, established in delivering large scale mobile telecoms solutions for customers including top 4 mobile operators, governments and other public sector organisations and private sector enterprises.

Effectively manage a portfolio of sites and mitigate against risks to ensure the sites continue to be available for use
Manage external suppliers to deliver the transnational pipeline of work
Develop & maintain effective relationships both internally and externally including with landlords, neighbours, landlord agents, stakeholders etc
Cost-contain & risk-manage property interests
Provide support on access issues, health and safety considerations, landlord enquiries/disputes
Manage the assets at risk register and litigation cases
Provide financial management of accruals, provisions and CAPEX requirements
Ensure all KPIs are met
Manage site acquisition of replacement sites and disposals
Keep up to date property records promoting good estate management
Sound property background / knowledge
Knowledge of property legislation, electronic code legislation, 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act
Able to communicate confidently & effectively to a range of senior stakeholders - CEO's / Directors / Developers etc
Successful at resolving disputes
Ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of projects and their associated budgets
Experience within telecoms advantageous but not essential
Generous salary DOE (£55-70K)
Annual bonus 10%
