European Road Freight Coordinator
EU ROAD FREIGHT COORDINATOR – WORKING FROM HOME – UP TO £28,000
Our client is looking for an EU Road Freight Coordinator to join their team due to organic growth as a business.
** THIS IS HOME REMOTE BASED ROLE**
The EU Road Freight Coordinator is required to deal with the process of goods arriving and leaving the UK via Road.
Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 17:30pm
20 days annual leave + Public holidays
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Liaise with other offices in the UK, reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements
Check shipping invoices & packing lists for accuracy.
Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers, suppliers.
Contact delivery UK destinations to book in deliveries
Perform and correctly implement General Administration, e.g., invoicing, filing, queries, claims,
POD handling
Trailer planning of groupage, part load and full load
Haulage sourcing and rate negotiation
Communicate with drivers and hauliers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Prepare correct documentation to warehouse/ haulage/ distribution/ shipping department for loading and offloading.
Skills & Competency:
Previous experience as a EU Road Coordinator – ESSENTIAL
Conversant in IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
Demonstrate working administrative background
Must have an analytical skill, with a high level of attention to detail.
