I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to work as a Home Manager for a highly regarded, award-winning care provider within their beautiful, purpose-built elderly and Dementia Nursing Home in Solihull.
The home provides high quality, person-centred care for 60 residents and is currently rated requires improvement by the CQC.
As the Home Manager your role will include offering guidance and support to the staff team, reviewing care plans and assessing, planning and evaluating residents’ care, budget management, to ensure that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service and more.
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £49263 per annum along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
