HVAC Manager required on behalf of a FM/ HVAC Contractor, a business that's been established over 30 years providing specialist air conditioning, heating and refrigeration services.

Due to growth and high demand off of new and existing customers we are seeking a HVAC/ FM Service Manager to help us grow the Scotland region, predominantly across the Central Belt.

As the Service Manger you will liaise with the existing customer base, tending to already established clients, also working with new demand and pushing new business activities across the commercial sector, namely hotels, industrial retail and offices, ensuring service is delivered efficiently, on time and in-line with SLA agreements.

Business Development functions will play a part, mainly working off of new enquires from new customers, but occasionally reaching out to any potential clients in need of ongoing HVAC / FM services.

Core service will revolve around service and PPM for air conditioning, commercial heating and other hard facilities management services.

We are ideally seeking a Service Manager, Facilities Manager, Service Sales Manager, HVAC Manager or similar with a technical understanding of air conditioning or heating.

HVAC Service Manager - Package:
