An exciting opportunity for an Invoicing & Planning Assistant to join a market leading engineering company specialising in the supply, manufacture, design and service of pumping equipment based in Crewe.
You will support the companies service department with generating sales invoices and work scheduling of mobile teams, you will need a positive approach and be able to work to deadlines.
Processing sales invoices
Work planning/scheduling of external mobile teams
Liaise with departments, customers and suppliers
Support month end/year end processes
Filing, scanning and archiving of relevant paperwork
Excellent computer and numeracy skills including Microsoft excel
Experience of working in a similar role desirable
Good attention to detail
Able to work off own initiative and be self motivated
Knowledge / experience within the industry desirable
