Key Account Manager required to join a large telecoms infrastructure company to identify, manage and close new sales opportunities within the IoT market.

Successful candidate must be within commutable distance to; Reading, Manchester, Leamington Spa or Glasgow and happy to travel UK wide as needed.

A large telecoms provider at the cutting edge of technology, established in delivering large scale wireless telecoms solutions for customers including who include governments and other public sector organisations, MNO's and private sector enterprises.

The Role
Identify, manage and close new sales opportunities within the IoT market
Maintain a pipeline of new business and develop sales plans
Nurture and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers
Create demand for the companies products and services by raising their profile with potential customers
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and link them to product/service strategies
Contribute to increasing revenue spend per account
Co-ordinate a team in terms of operational tasks, priorities, training and performance appraisals

Account management experience
Confident sales person
Telecoms background - deployment of IoT networks
Experience of IoT / Smart Cities / LoRaWAN / Connected Devices
Happy to travel UK wide when needed

Benefits Package
Salary circa £45,000-60,000
25 days holiday, rising 30 days with service
