Ocean Export Clerk

WR Logistics are currently recruiting for an Ocean Export Clerk in Sunbury-on-Thames.

This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a freight forwarder in Sunbury-on-Thames.

Hours and Pay – Ocean Export Clerk

  • Monday – Friday
  • 0830 – 1730
  • £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Duties – Ocean Export Clerk

  • Job Description would be as follows:
  • Contacting shippers to arrange FCL/LCL collections, Booking with shipping lines & Co loaders.
  • Liaising with our partner agents at destination to take bill of lading instructions, creating draft MBL/HBL docs for approval.
  • Completing exports customs entries.
  • Sending pre alerts & shipped on board advices.
  • Updating MW in house admin system
  • Invoicing customers/agents.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience within a freight forwarder.
  • Must have Ocean Freight experience.
