My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the Commercial Team in their office in Southampton. My client is a rapidly growing Lighting Manufacturer who are fresh thinking and fun to work for.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level support to the sales team and as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering Departments when necessary.

Dealing with day to day admin operations including –

  • Quote Generation
  • Order Processing
  • Invoicing
  • Dealing with Client emails & Call

You

  • Administrator experience essential
  • Great MS Office knowledge
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems
  • Have great organization skills & be able to meet deadlines
