Our client is a specialist Cat A and Cat B commercial fit out company who has been established for over 30 years. They have a strong company ethos and culture which extends to their reputation for reliability and high standards.

This is a rare opportunity for a Project Engineer, Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to move i nto the M&E industry and grow their skills within a succesful and continually growing business.


Requirements:

  • Expert in pipework calculations
  • Experience of managing projects, including procurement and sub-contractors
  • Ability to manage projects from cradle to grave
  • Abilty to draw using either AutoCad or Revit
  • Ability on Solidworks ideal but not essential
  • Dynamic, able to assist in drawings and design when the work load ramps up


The Role:

  • Designing pipework, ductwork and associated mechanical systems
  • Making calculations to facilitate the installation of HVA equipment
  • Working with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Management of subctractors


Package:

  • £35,000 to £40,000 per year depending on experience
  • Full time, permanent position
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
