QHSE Manager required to join an SME based in Romsey which is going through a period of rapid change, with a renewed focus on quality systems.
As the successful QHSE Manager you will be responsible for the management of the companies QMS, covering a site in Romsey and one in Basingstoke, ensuring standards are adhered to and expectations regarding ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 are understood and communicated to all staff on site.
The Package:
Salary - £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Working Hours - 8:30-16:30 (Monday-Thursday) 8:30-14:30 (Friday)
25 days holiday

The Role:
- Manage the company Quality Management System.
- Perform Quality Investigations for non-conforming product both internally and as reported by the customers.
- Ensure effective CAPA are in place following any quality deviation.
- Maintain records, evidence, and related reports associated with quality issues.
- Liaise with customers regarding their various NCR processes and expectations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Oversee Health and Safety aspects of both sites.
- Document Risk Assessments for all site activities.
- Perform Internal Audits.
- Responsible for site procedures and documents relating to the QMS.
- Approving customer returns.
- Responsible for site Environmental permit and associated actions.
- Perform training regarding QHSE topics as required.
- Work closely with the management team to highlight issues and investigations.
Requirements:
- Must have experience managing a QMS with working knowledge of ISO9001.
- Experience of health, safety and environmental standards is highly desirable (ISO14001 & ISO18001)
- Maintain a safe working environment.
