QHSE Manager - Romsey - £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)

QHSE Manager required to join an SME based in Romsey which is going through a period of rapid change, with a renewed focus on quality systems.

As the successful QHSE Manager you will be responsible for the management of the companies QMS, covering a site in Romsey and one in Basingstoke, ensuring standards are adhered to and expectations regarding ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 are understood and communicated to all staff on site.

The Package:
Salary - £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Working Hours - 8:30-16:30 (Monday-Thursday) 8:30-14:30 (Friday)
25 days holiday

The Role:

Manage the company Quality Management System.
Perform Quality Investigations for non-conforming product both internally and as reported by the customers.
Ensure effective CAPA are in place following any quality deviation.
Maintain records, evidence, and related reports associated with quality issues.
Liaise with customers regarding their various NCR processes and expectations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis.
Oversee Health and Safety aspects of both sites.
Document Risk Assessments for all site activities.
Perform Internal Audits.
Responsible for site procedures and documents relating to the QMS.
Approving customer returns.
Responsible for site Environmental permit and associated actions.
Perform training regarding QHSE topics as required.
Work closely with the management team to highlight issues and investigations.

Requirements:

Must have experience managing a QMS with working knowledge of ISO9001.
Experience of health, safety and environmental standards is highly desirable (ISO14001 & ISO18001)
Maintain a safe working environment.
