Background:
A surveying or construction related qualification: degree/diploma/HND/HNC
Track record of commercial achievement and project delivery
Experience in project cost control
Good understanding of project management
Knowledge of procurement processes
Package:
£40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
40 hours per week
33 days holiday
