Recruitment & Training Coordinator
My client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, enjoying stability and sustained growth as a dominant player in their industry. They are looking for a recruitment administrator or training administrator to work closely with the training team and carry out internal recruitment on behalf of the business
Package:
- Salary £30,000 depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 – 5
- Monday – Friday
- Hybrid is available upon completion of probationary period
- Free Parking
- 25 day + bank holidays
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Consult with Managers to define staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Advertise job openings internally and on careers pages, job boards and social networks/media
- Screen CVs & applications and update hiring Manager and candidates on process
- Provide a short list of qualified candidates to hiring Managers
- Provide the hiring Manager with best-practice recruiting methods and interview questions
- Schedule and support the hiring Managers with interviews as and when required – Teams and/or in-person
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Assess training needs through regular performance evaluations and feedback from recruitment managers
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources
- Conduct interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to deliver impactful learning experiences
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed
