Road Freight Coordinator - Birmingham - Up to £30,000

Our client who are a global supply chain company are looking for a Road Freight Coordinator to join their team in the Birmingham area.

The Road Freight Coordinator will dealing with all aspect to European Road Freight involving both Import and Export.

The right candidate must have experience dealing with customs

The Package:

Salary: £24,000-£30,000

Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5:30pm

The role will involve but is not limited to:

Import trailer planning of groupage, part load and full load
Haulage sourcing and rate negotiation
Communicate with drivers and hauliers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Prepare correct documentation to warehouse/ haulage/ distribution/ shipping department for loading and offloading.
Handling customs documentations and entries

Required Skills
At least 1 years experience within Road freight is ESSENTIAL
EUROPEAN freight knowledge is ESSENTIAL
