Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, this core role will focus on managing key accounts which are strategic to the business.
The company is experiencing rapid growth across all areas of their business and as a result are looking to bring in more experienced professionals to join the existing team.

General purpose of the position:
- Relationship management and customer service - establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with clients whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Operational - manage all shipment booking/s either manually created or via EDI transfer
- Reporting - ensuring all records are updated on our system and generating client reports.
