We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant to assist in the implementation of a new operating model including general restructures throughout the company and work closely with the HR management team to effectively manage the transition.
Lead and consult on projects involved in the integration of a new operating model
Implement new model including new office locations & review of model and effectiveness
Advise and provide expertise on organisational design, consultation and change
Enable success of the company strategy by ensuring the system will operate effectively
Gap analysis between current model and new model
Work collaboratively with other members of the HR team to implement regional moves and general restructuring
Participate in culture change programmes
Understand the change impact and support the HR team to work closely with employee forums and management
Own and operate 8,000 telecoms towers throughout the UK. A mobile and a key player in 5G roll out, established in delivering large scale mobile telecoms solutions for customers including top 4 mobile operators, governments and other public sector organisations and private sector enterprises.
