Senior Transport Planner required in Reading
A haulage company based in reading are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to ensure the routing of the company owned mixed fleet is efficient and cost effective.
It is required that you have experience routing vehicles both Nationally and Internationally.
Must have experience sourcing and routing a high volume of backloads.
Manager CPC preferred.
The Package:
£30,000 - £45,000
Monday - Friday
On call rota
Mobile phone
The Role:
Transport Planner will be routing a mixed fleet Nationally and Internationally
You will be ensuring Drivers adhere to WTD at all times
It is required that you source and route back loads to reduce empty mileage
Vehicles must be maintained in line with VOSA
The Requirements:
Manager CPC required
Manual route planning experience essential
Previously sourced backloads - essential
