Systems Analyst
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and support the company’s various systems serving the region of UK, Europe, and North America including:
Carrier Management System
Backend processes setups
Customer integrations
Carrier integrations
UK customs system integration
E-commerce plugins
Warehouse automation systems (where applicable)
Logistics picking solutions
Liaise with the organization’s operations, customer service, accounting, and sales departments to provide guidance, training, and
support on the different systems and solutions including:
Express and freight operations systems
Returns portals
External carrier systems and applications
Degree in industrial engineering, project management, business
information systems or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in:
Application Programming Interface (API) related applications (SoapUI or similar)
Electronic data interchange (EDI) and FTP/SFTP connection setups
Advanced knowledge in Logistics and supply chain operational procedures
Knowledge in Lean six sigma tools and techniques including project management and process flowcharts
Ability to interpret basics in programming languages including VB.net, and HTML
