Exciting opportunity for an experienced senior Talent Acquisition Lead to join one of the fastest growing business in Europe to help reshape the way they bring diverse and highly skilled talent in to the company on a 6-9 month FTC.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the talent sourcing strategy and management of a variety of talent projects related to employer branding and onboarding across the business.
The role will focus around assessing current processes, developing new sourcing strategies, reviewing job descriptions, training junior team members on new processes, develop employer branding and careers page and develop a candidate database.
Own and operate 8,000 telecoms towers throughout the UK. A mobile and a key player in 5G roll out, established in delivering large scale mobile telecoms solutions for customers including top 4 mobile operators, governments and other public sector organisations and private sector enterprises.

Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements
Develop a detailed profile of target candidates and effectively deliver a resourcing plan to recruit the best talent
Create job adverts
Liaise with external agencies / suppliers as required
Manage the end to end recruitment process including briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, selection and assessment process, offer management and preparing of contracts
Provide guidance to hiring managers at every stage of the process to ensure positive hiring manager experience, robust and compliant recruitment process with a strong focus on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Work with other teams to build and maintain careers website
Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans
Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing needs
Experience of end to end recruitment including direct sourcing through LinkedIn
Experience partnering across functions to build and create candidate experiences that align with company values and mission
Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and urgency
Pro-active sourcing strategies, leveraging technology / networks / social media
Able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Confident interviewing skills and techniques
Experience in creation and management of onboarding programs desirable

3 days based in Reading office, 2 days WFH
