Talent Development Manager required to join one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe based in Reading.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to provide expertise in planning, monitoring and management of talent including diversity and inclusion, learning & development, sustainability and employee experience.


Role
Create definition of talent and launch talent review approaches to identify talent in accordance with culture and needs
Design succession and contingency frameworks
Launch and supervise the learning & development strategy
Identify learning priorities across the business
Drive a culture of continuous professional development and support personal development plans
Create development interventions
Ensure an environment is created where difference is embraced with an inclusive culture and diverse team
Lead development of processes within the employee life cycle

The Company
Own and operate 8,000 telecoms towers throughout the UK. A mobile and a key player in 5G roll out, established in delivering large scale mobile telecoms solutions for customers including top 4 mobile operators, governments and other public sector organisations and private sector enterprises.
The business is embarking on a huge scale up of operations to meet customer demand and ongoing
acquisitions.

You
CIPD qualification
Sound IT skills including excel, powerpoint and word
Excellent communication skills
Able to establish excellent relationships
Sets a high standard for quality
Works in a methodical way
Consistently achieves goals and targets
Experience in talent management, inclusion, diversity and development
Telecoms background desirable but not essential

£55,000-65,000 basic
