Talent Development Manager required to join one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe and based in Reading.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to provide expertise across the board in terms of talent management and development with strong expertise in equality, diversity and inclusion. learning & development, sustainability and employee experience.

Role
  • 3 days in office 2 days from home
  • Create definition of talent and launch talent review approaches to identify talent in accordance with culture and needs
  • Design succession and contingency frameworks
  • Launch and supervise the learning & development strategy
  • Identify learning priorities across the business
  • Drive a culture of continuous professional development and support personal development plans
  • Create development interventions
  • Ensure an environment is created where difference is embraced with an inclusive culture and diverse team
  • Lead development of processes within the employee life cycle

Employ circa 250 staff in the UK and part of a much larger European organisation. Own and operate 8,000 telecoms towers throughout the UK. A mobile and a key player in 5G roll out, established in delivering large scale mobile telecoms solutions for customers including top 4 mobile operators, governments and other public sector organisations and private sector enterprises.
The business is embarking on a huge scale up of operations to meet customer demand and ongoing
acquisitions.
