Traffic Planner
Traffic Planner required near Alfreton
An experienced Traffic Planner is required by a UK leader in Haulage.
You will be hands on in the traffic office, routing deliveries and managing Drivers.
Package:
£30,000 – £35,000
Monday – Friday
Occassional Sat AM’s
Role:
Traffic Planner will be routing company owned vehicles UK wide
You will be arranging transport for a variety of commodities on a mixed fleet
It is essential that you price and enter jobs correctly
Transport Planner will be responsible for ensuring full compliance of drivers
All drivers must be fully briefed and debriefed with tacho analysis
Requirements:
Experience route planning UK wide
Previously General / Heavy Haulage experience
Understanding of Drivers Hours legislation
Excellent team player
Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
