Traffic Planner

Traffic Planner required in Bournemouth

A leading Pallet Network business are looking for an experienced Traffic Planner to join the team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment managing a team of circa 25 drivers.

It is essential that you have transport office / driver coordination experience.

Package:
£25,000 - £29,000
Monday - Friday
13:00 - 22:00

Role:
Traffic Planner will be ensuring drivers are briefed and prepared for their run
You will deal with any issues that arise and re-route when necessary
All associated administration must be completed accurately
Drivers should be manged in line with WTD and fully debriefed with tacho analysis
Traffic Planner should ensure vehicles are used cost effectively

Requirements:
Transport office / route planning experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT Skills
Good team player
