Trainee Service Engineer
Trainee Field Service Engineer – C&G Level 2 Electrical Installation required
My client is a manufacturer of industrial and commercial fresh water pump systems. They are looking for someone with level 2 electrical installations to train in the role of Field Service & Maintenance Pump Engineer. Shadowing a Senior Pump Engineer, this is a fantastic opportunity for a junior electrician or similar to grow their career, whilst learning new skills with a market leader.
This role is suitable for a junior electrician, electrical improver, electricians mate or someone who has recently graduated college or an apprenticeship with an electrical qualification. Training can take 6 to 18 months. Salary for a fully trained service engineer is around £45,000
Requirements:
- C&G Level 2 electrical installation essential
- Diploma, or apprenticeship trained in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence required
Package:
- £20,000 to £22,000 plus overtime.
- Realistic earning potential once trained £45,000
- 37.5 hour contract
- 1.5 x pay overtime, 2 x pay bank holidays
- 1 in 6 on call (usually phone based)
- 28 days holiday
