Transport Manager

Transport Manager required in Southampton
A growing Logistics and Warehousing company looking for a Transport Manager to join their team.
You will be running a small team routing Circa 150 Company owned vehicles UK wide
Package:
£50,000 – £55,000
Monday to Friday
7am-5pm/8am-6pm
The Role:
As Transport Manager you will overseeing a busy container operation
You must ensure all routes are planned cost efficiently
You will grow a sub-contract base
A Transport Manager will make sure Heath & Safety policies are adhered to and enforced at all times
The Requirements:
Experience as a Transport Manager
Geographical knowledge of UK
A background in the shipping industry is desirable
CPC beneficial but not ideal
A background in Container Transport is a must
