Transport Planner

Transport Planner required near Eastleigh

A Successful, growing haulage company near Eastleigh are looking for a Transport Planner.

As a Transport Planner you will be working in a small team routing company owned vehicles UK wide

The Package
Up to £28,000
Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturday AM’s
8am – 6pm / 9am – 7pm
The Role:
Transport Planner will be responsible for planning the routes of circa 30 vehicles
Drivers hours legislation must be adhered to.
You will need to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
It is your responsibility to ensure all routes are planned cost effectively.
Drivers should be fully briefed and de-briefed daily.
The Requirements:
Experience as a Transport Planner
General Haulage experience is a must
Pallet network experience beneficial
Geographical knowledge of UK
