Transport Planner

Transport Planner required in Bournemouth

A leading haulage business are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join the team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, managing a fleet of 15 vehicles + sub-contractors.

It is essential that you have route planning experience.

Package:
£30,000 - £35,000
Monday - Friday
07:00 - 17:00

Role:
Transport Planner will be routing company owned vehicles UK wide
You will deal with any issues that arise and re-route when necessary
All associated administration must be completed accurately
Drivers should be manged in line with WTD and routed with compliance in mind
Transport Planner should ensure vehicles are used cost effectively by sourcing back loads

Requirements:
Transport route planning experience
General haulage experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT Skills
Good team player
