Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor required in Bristol

As Transport Supervisor you will be overseeing the efficient planning of a fleet of vehicles and all compliance.

It is essential that you have a 3PL, contract Logistics or General haulage background.

Manager CPC would be advantageous.

The Package:
£35,000 – £40,000
Monday – Friday
50 hour week
OOH responsibility
Company Car Allo0wance
Bonus Scheme

The Role:
Transport Supervisor will be managing a small team of Planners
You will be ensuring the most cost effective route planning of company owned vehicles
It is the Transport Supervisors responsibility to enforce all H&S policies
You are expected to ensure full vehicle and driver compliance
Profit & Loss of trucks must be effectively managed
You will liaise and work as part of a network with other sites & managers

The Requirements:
3PL, contract logistics or general haulage experience
Manager CPC highly beneficial
1+ years transport office management
Understanding of vehicle profit & loss
