Compliance Manager – Southampton – Up to £40K!
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of international freight and transport logistics services.
In this role you will be involved responsible for developing and promoting a positive H&S and Wellbeing culture and form part of H&S, compliance, and site support service to the business.
The Package:
£35,000 – £40,000
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week

The Role:
Compliance Manager will be responsible for General Health & Safety matters including incident investigation
You must ensure all sites have sufficient first aid and Fire Marshall Support.
Compliance Manager will Track incidents, investigations, near misses etc
You are expected to manage disciplinary meetings as appropriate
Ensure COSHH control & Risk Management
All administration must be kept up to date and accurate
The Requirements:
IOSH OR Nebosh qualification is essential
Previous Experience as Compliance Manager
Excellent person management skills
Strong Communication skills both written & oral
Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
The Role:
