Driver Manager required in Tilbury
A leading haulage company based in Tilbury are looking for an experienced Transport / Driver Manager to join the growing team.
You will be working for a market leader in road haulage and must be proactive and thorough in managing Drivers.
Must hold a National CPC
HGV License holder would be preferred
The Package:
£30,000 - £35,000
The Role:
Transport Manager is required to oversee a large team of Drivers
You will be responsible for hiring through to dismissal
You must ensure full compliance with Drivers hours and WTD
Transport Manager must carry out disciplinary process when required
You will be completing all administration relating to Drivers and Compliance
The Requirements:
Manager CPC essential
HGV 1 Licence preferred
Driver Management experience
Excellent admin skills
Strong communicator
