Requirements
- Book, manage and maintain container movements on in-house system’s (TOPS/Cargowise)
- Monitor operational issues
- Update internal/external account managers and customers
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly or monthly KPI reports (Financial & Service)
- Handle all costs associated with the handling of shipments.
- Resolve supplier invoice
